Our Process - The Kaizen Codec

To ensure the highest caliber of service and deliverables - everytime - we adhere to our 'Kaizen CODEC:'

C – Collect information pertaining to the project. This can include assessing the clients needs (via phone or meetings); developing a creative brief (if none is originally presented) and gathering related media (images, copy, video, animation, PowerPoints).

O – Organize and create a plan for execution including a price quote. Thereafter, depending on client requirement and budget, one or more concepts may then be presented for approval.

D – Develop a draft of the presentation or media for internal review. After the draft has been approved internally by our team leader for quality control, the draft is submitted to you client.

E – Edit & re-submit to team leader and client for approval (and if necessary, further revision). While often our work only requires one pass, sometimes repetition is necessary to ensure the client’s needs and objectives are fulfilled.

C – Completion of the project to everyone’s satisfaction. As a final step, the team leader reviews the project internally and with the client to assess ways to improve further (this is the ‘kaizen’ aspect of the process, that is, seeking of constant improvement for the betterment of the whole).

Since no two clients are the same, the Kaizen Codec allows us to build strong, lasting relationships where, as time goes on, we can better intuit your needs.

Crucial to the Kaizen Codec, is the idea that our work be incremental and collaborative. By dividing each project into smaller milestones (incremental), we can ensure that little time is wasted going in the wrong creative direction. Likewise, by getting client feedback and signoff at set milestones (collaborative), we can work to ensure the client is always pleased.
