For your own purposes and to avoid accounting confusion, you may wish to denote 'Kyocentric presentation' in the memo field, however.

Payment information is always clearly bolded on our invoices to you.

These are always credited back. So should an estimate vary substantially from the end product - you won't be out of pocket any extra. In most cases, however, the final price is equal to or lower than our estimate.

Our prices are driven by:
1. The type of deliverable (Flash presentations are more involved and time consuming than PowerPoints for example).
2. The type of project work (design versus full production).
3. The length of the time to complete the deliverable (measured in slides or hours).
4. The services provided (PowerPoint production, presentation design, writing/editing, speech writing, speaker training, etc.), and any third-party costs (e.g. voiceovers, CD duplication).

If in doubt, request an estimate.

With rare exceptions, we require new clients to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or via PayPal. Repeat clients meeting our credit requirements have the option of being billed and/or paying us by company cheque or direct payment to our account.
