Despite fewer slides, often smaller projects require as much or more attention and time than proportionally larger projects (including meeting, back and forth, asset location, etc.). As such, we have to charge a premium for one-off custom slide work to remain profitable as it ties up our resources for doing larger work.

Geared to volume, our presentation work becomes financially very attractive when more slides or regular work is required as we can plan for this work, ensure assets and resources are on hand and have developed a ready shorthand relationship for rapid delivery.

For project-based work, we provide an estimate for each project. In general, our prices run from $50 to $150 per slide, depending on complexity of services (including degree of custom design, animation, data interactivity, etc.). In some cases, we may charge an hourly in lieu of per slide rates ranging from $50 and up - though these rates are normally only available to our regular volume outsourcing clients.
