No. To protect client confidentiality and because some of our techniques and methods are trade secrets, we do not provide presentation samples. You can however view our portfolio of recent work to get an indication of what we can do for you.

Yes, of course. We have an iterative, incremental, collaborative process that offers many opportunities to provide feedback.

Absolutely! While we enjoy meeting with clients in person, it is not necessary to complete projects successfully. We use phone, fax, email, FTP and an extranet project server to work remotely with most of our clients. Larger or repeat clients are also given their own designated web folders in our extranet to facilitate committee review and large file sharing. With multiple redundancies in our means to securely transmit files, it is very unlikely that you will have any issue sharing files with us!

The first step is to request an estimate and have a 5-10 minute discussion about your Flash presentation or PowerPoint presentation in order to define project specifications. We will then provide an estimate for your review and approval.

Going forward, if we're not providing writing services or speaker training, we just need your content. You can send this to us in whatever electronic format you have. Depending on the size and nature of the project, we might recommend and provide you temporary access to our client server or ftp site to facilitate large file transmission.

If we are providing writing services, please also send along collateral information (e.g. brochures, white papers, links) that might better inform our efforts.

Once you have approved the estimate and sent your content, we will call/email you to start the project.

Standard turnaround for PowerPoint presentations is 3 to 5 business days. Clients who subscribe to our rapid-run outsourcing service or who have contracted for Platinum Priority for a one-off project receive faster turnaround. When available, rush turnaround is 48 hours or less and carries roughly a 25% premium.

For custom Flash work (including presentations), turnaround is normally 5 to 15 business days, depending on presentation length and features.
